Senior React Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

Responsibility

As a Senior React Developer at Rxefy, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and leading the creation of intuitive, responsive, and secure user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React, React Native, TypeScript, and other modern frameworks.
• Architecting and optimizing frontend components to ensure scalability and high performance.
• Collaborating with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Testing, debugging, and reviewing code to maintain high-quality standards across the application lifecycle.
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, sharing best practices, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues and ensuring robust solutions are implemented.
• Staying updated on the latest advancements in React, frontend frameworks, and web technologies to bring innovation to the projects.

Eligibility

To apply for the Senior React Developer position at Rxefy, the following criteria must be met:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on 2-3 years of professional experience in React and React Native.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frameworks like Material UI, React Native Paper, Babel, and Webpack.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying complex, scalable web and mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and modern design principles.
• Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Ability to demonstrate projects and skills through a portfolio or GitHub profile.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to project management and team coordination.
• Experience in health tech projects will be given preference.
