Information Security Specialist

We are looking for an Information Security Specialist who can ensure the security and compliance of the software products and projects at Rxefy.

Responsibility

As an Information Security Specialist at Rxefy, you will be responsible for

  • Conducting security assessments and audits of the software products and projects using various tools and methodologies, such as OWASP ZAP, Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.
  • Implementing and enforcing security policies, standards, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the software products and projects, such as encryption, authentication, authorization, logging, backup, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining security documentation, such as security plans, risk assessments, incident reports, etc., using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Providing security guidance and support to the project managers, technical project analysts, developers, testers, and other team members using tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc.
  • Monitoring and responding to any security incidents or breaches using tools such as Splunk, ELK, etc., and implementing corrective and preventive actions using tools such as Git, Jenkins, etc.
  • Researching and staying updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies that can enhance the security capabilities and quality of the software products and projects, such as AI, blockchain, cloud, etc.

Eligibility

To apply for the Information Security Specialist position at Rxefy, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Information Security or a similar role.
  • Experience with security assessment and audit tools and methodologies, such as OWASP ZAP, Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.
  • Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.
  • Experience with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, encryption, antivirus, VPN, etc.
  • Experience in healthcare software is preferred.
  • Ability to ensure the security and compliance of the software products and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
