Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our product(s) comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

This is a contractual opportunity located in Kolkata. You may be located anywhere.

The role may require hybrid mode of operation, meaning candidates may have to work from office a few days as discussed and mutually agreed upon on a case to case basis.

Responsibility

• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health tech software products in India and global market.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments to identify any gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation.
• Generate reports on compliance status and present findings to stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct internal audits to assess adherence to compliance policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and rectify compliance issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and authorities as required.
• Identify and evaluate potential compliance risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct training sessions to educate internal teams on compliance requirements.
• Promote a culture of compliance awareness within the organization.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (or Technology).
• Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst in the health tech or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of health tech regulations and standards in India and global market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications in compliance management will be a plus.

Contract Details

Duration: Perpetual (renewable every 6 months)
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
Work Schedule: As and when needed
