Technical Project Analyst

We are looking for Technical Project Analyst who can lead product/project delivery by coordinating between technical, functional and operational stakeholders and constantly enhancing the capabilities and quality of the product.

Responsibility

As a Technical Project Analyst at Rxefy, you will be responsible for

• Defining and documenting the technical requirements and specifications of the projects and communicating them to the relevant stakeholders.
• Performing and overseeing the technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of the project deliverables.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating and collaborating with the project managers, developers, testers, and other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of the technical solutions.
• Evaluating and reporting the technical performance and quality of the project deliverables and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Researching and staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices that can enhance the technical capabilities and quality of the projects.

Eligibility

To apply for the Technical Project Analyst position at Rxefy, you must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Analyst or a similar role.
• Experience with Program and/or Project Management.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Experience managing software product delivery.
• Experience in healthcare software is preferred.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet project goals.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in open-source project management software, such as GitHub Issues, etc.
